We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so children can start wearing and enjoying their new favourite pieces right away.

Order processing

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.
During busy periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to easily follow your parcel.

Shipping costs

During the season, we offer free shipping on orders over €150 to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

During sale periods, standard shipping rates apply.

For other destinations, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country.

Orders outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage upon delivery

Please check your parcel upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours by email at customercare@ao76.com or by phone at +32 (0)9 382 80 20. We will be happy to assist you and find an appropriate solution together.

Address details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct.
Parcels returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or because they were not collected may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
