DO WE GIFT WRAP?

Technically no. But at AO76 we pay a lot of attention to the way your goods are wrapped. Beautiful clothing deserves pretty packaging – so our beautiful and ecological box is perfectly fit to be offered !

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND CHARGES?

All of our deliveries are DAP ( Delivered at place). This means all taxes and duties are at your charge if you live in a non-European country.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS?

Yes, we do.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY ?

As AO76 purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the biling address, an email with a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder. We will request a signature upon delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT ?

You can easily track your shipment by logging into the courier's website. Enter the tracking number which was sent to you by mail. You can also contact customer care via mail customercare@AO76.com or phone +32 (9) 382 80 20.
