Refund policy

We are confident that you are delighted with your AO76 order! However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 30 days.


At AO76, your returns are free of charge in the EU, except for the sales period. During these sales, the return shipping charges are for the customer.


  • Tell us what you are returning.
  • Tick the items you want to return on the “return pro forma”.
  • Pack the item(s).
  • Re-use the original packing provided.
  • Put signed and dated “return pro forma” in the box.
  • Complete the preprinted label with your address, your signature and the correct date
  • Book your collection online and follow their instructions.
  • Present the package with the pre-printed, completed label to the drop off point. They will return a copy to you as proof of pick-up.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. 

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your purchase. Returns outside the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion.

The items should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all garment tags still attached.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact our customer care immediately.

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchange. 


All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
