Returns & refunds
We hope you will be completely happy with your AO76 purchase.
If something is not entirely to your liking, no problem. You can easily return your order within the timeframes below.
Return period

Season orders must be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Orders placed during our “Archive Sale” must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Return costs
Within the European Union, returns are free of charge.
During sale periods and Archive Sales, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders outside the European Union, the parcel can be returned using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return?

Indicate on the “return pro forma” document which items you wish to return.

Carefully pack the items, preferably in the original packaging.

Include the signed and dated “return pro forma” in the parcel.

Send the parcel back to our warehouse.
Return conditions
To process your return smoothly, we ask that items are sent back within the applicable return period. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the original labels still attached.
Items that are damaged, worn or returned without labels may not be accepted.
Damaged or faulty items
Each order is carefully checked before shipment.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer care team at customercare@ao76.com so that we can find a solution together.
Refund
After receiving and checking your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The original shipping costs are not refunded.
