The AO76 Design Team is looking for a talented, creative individual to join our team as a Designer for the Boys' collection, based at our headquarters in Nazareth.

We're a Belgian brand with an expanding international presence, with flagship stores and high-quality multi-brand retail partnerships.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The AO76 Design Team is seeking a talented and creative Designer to contribute to our boys' collection. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand's future by creating unique, high-quality designs that resonate with our young audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Development: Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and create the boys' collection.

• Fabric Selection & Sourcing: Assist in selecting, sourcing, and developing fabrics in partnership with our manufacturing partners.

• Technical Drawings: Translate your designs into precise technical drawings for sampling and production.

• Sample Review: Review samples meticulously, providing detailed feedback to refine and perfect the final designs.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Fashion, textile, or graphic Design, and at least some years of experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) with strong skills in creating detailed tech packs and sketches.

• Communication: Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.

• Detail-Oriented: Has a keen eye for detail and advanced organizational skills.

• Motivated & Creative: Demonstrates a high level of motivation and creativity, with a passion for fashion and design.
