RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
At AO76, your returns are free of charge.
Except during the sales period the return shipping charges are for the customer.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Tell us what you are returning.
Tick the items you want to return on the “return pro forma”.
Pack the item(s).
Re-use the original packing provided.
Put signed and dated “return pro forma” in the box.
Complete the preprinted UPS label with your address, your signature and correct date.
Book your collection online at WWW.UPS.COM and follow their instructions.
Upon collection, hand the pre-printed, completed UPS label to UPS or the UPS access point. He will return a copy to you as proof of pick-up.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your purchase. Returns outside the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
The items should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact our customer care immediately.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchange.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
