Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately not – for practical and security reasons we only accept orders through our webshop.

How do I find a specific item?

The AO76 webshop allows you to search by gender, by article category, by price, by size and by color.  You can also shop complete looks under the lookbook section.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If your required size does not appear in the size box on the article page, this means that that specific size is out of stock.   Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it isn’s reserved and will be available to other customrs while you are browsing.

What payment methods does AO76 accept?

We accept Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

Is it safe to use my credit card online @ AO76?

We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process. We do not keep any of your financial information.

How will I know if you have received my order

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and approved.

When will I receive my order?

Orders shipped through our delivery partner UPS are delivered from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. For security reasons, all orders must be signed upon delivery. To check the delivery lead time of your specific country, go to the delivery page in the footer and select your country.

Can I collect my order instead?

For security reasons, and because every delivery has to be signed for, we do not have collecting points.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes, upon shipment confirmation you receive a unique tracking code. You can login on the UPS website and follow their directions to track your order.

How do I return an item?

You have up to 30 days to return undamaged items. For full details about the return process, see our returns page.

In what package are my goods delivered?

Beautiful items deserve careful packaging. All of your items are carefully folded and wrapped in recyclable paper sealed with a sticker, and put in a recyclable cardboard box with personalised tape.

DO I have to pay duty and import charges?

All of our deliveries are DAP ( Delivered at place). This means all taxes and duties are at your charge if you live in a non-European country.

my personal information kept private?

We consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point do we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. Please note that AO76 does never keep any of your details on the AO76 website.
